About
Award winning independent software licensing advisory
The accelerating pace of IT Change demands a new way to buy and manage software
Unbiased, independent experts you can trust
We have a desire to make a real change in how the industry works and that receiving independent advice on software licensing should be “standard practice” not the “exception”.
We believe that every organisation should have access to independent advice that is not governed or influenced by a Reseller or a Software Vendor.
Synyega will never partner with resellers or vendors so you can be sure our advice is always in your best interests.
A fresh approach to a complex problem
Supercharged by COVID, technology change is accelerating and becoming more complex.
Retro Tools and methodologies, barely effective in managing on-premise software, are increasingly irrelevant in todays world.
Synyega’s Dynamic SAM 3M methodology powered by CHLOE (our cloud licence optimisation engine) addresses the new reality of software estates in continual flux.

Synyega and Sustainability
We want to level the playing field in a software market that undermines the buyer and favours the software vendor.
But our ethics and values don’t end there, they are in everything we do.
We have made a commitment to ensure that as Synyega continues to grow that we operate as sustainably as possible. Not just for our benefit but also to try and ensure we are making positive contributions to the community and the environment.
We want to embed this thinking into everything we do as a business.
These are some of the initiatives that we support:
Carbon footprint
We are working with Carbon Footprint and following their recommended calculations and audit processes to become Carbon Net Positive. We are achieving this through funding projects to off-set our carbon such as helping to de-carbonise energy grids in other countries, or funding reforestation initiatives. These projects can bring much needed employment and can help local communities as well as making us carbon positive whilst we work to bring our day to day usage down locally.
Living Wage Foundation
We share the idea that a hard days work deserves a fair days pay and we have worked with the Living Wage Foundation to attain accrediation as a Living Wage employer. As Synyega grows we wish to commit to paying a real living wage based on the cost of living wherever our employees are based and not just the government minimum.
Teardrops
Where possible we wish to make a positive contribution to our local area by supporting community led initiatives. Teardrops are an independent non profit charity supporting the homeless and vulnerable in St Helens, Merseyside. Their mission is to support & respect each individual, offering them tools so they may prosper and build a life that is constructive and healthy.
Willowbrook Hospice
We are proud to be a “Friend of Willowbrook” and support their amazing work.
Willowbrook Hospice cares for patients with life-limiting diseases living in St Helens, Knowsley and the surrounding areas. Hospice care aims to improve the lives of people who have a life-limiting or terminal illness, helping them to live well before they die. Hospice care not only takes care of people’s physical needs but looks after their emotional, spiritual and social needs as well.
